Closing day of the fifth annual Windy City Hot Dog Fest in Portage Park. Chicago's best hot dog stands compete for the top dog crown. Live music, contests, vendors, and community celebration. Sunday hours noon to 10 PM. Free admission. Located at 4000 N Milwaukee Ave between Cuyler and Irving Park.
