Subscription Terms

Plans Available

ChicagoAfterFive offers three membership tiers:

• Free— Browse 900+ venues and use up to 3 AI-powered searches at no cost.
• Insider— $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Includes a weekly “Plan My Night” itinerary, unlimited venue saves, and priority event alerts.
• VIP— $12.99/month or $99.99/year. Includes unlimited “Plan My Night” requests, priority support, and a VIP profile badge.

Free Trial

New users receive 3 free AI-powered searches before a paid subscription is required. No credit card is needed to use your free searches. Once your free searches are exhausted, an Insider or VIP plan is required to continue using AI features.

Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date of purchase. Annual plans are billed every 365 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Price changes do not affect your current billing period — the new rate applies starting with your next renewal.

Plan Changes

Upgrades (e.g., Free to Insider, or Insider to VIP) take effect immediately upon confirmation. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you retain your current plan's benefits until then. Prorated credits may be applied toward your next bill when upgrading mid-cycle.

Account Deletion

Deleting your ChicagoAfterFive account will immediately cancel any active subscription. No refund will be issued for time remaining in the current billing period. All saved venues, preferences, and account data will be permanently removed.
